NEODYMIUM TWEETER
La Scala features a 1-inch neodymium tweeter with a polyimide diaphragm and copper-clad aluminum voice coil. This lightweight diaphragm assembly and high-strength magnet construction create the tweeter's 105dB power, making it the most efficient tweeter on the market. Combined with the 90° x 40° Tractrix® Horn , the tweeter delivers tremendous performance for dynamic range and output.
MID RANGE
According to Paul W. Klipsch, "mid range is the heart of a loudspeaker" and is one of the most critical parts in any speaker design. La Scala's mid range uses a highly efficient Horn powered 2″ driver that maximizes the power and performance of the system. As a result, less distortion is produced by the amplifier and speaker. This means clarity , accuracy and remarkable tonal definition .
BI-AMP INPUT PANEL
La Scala's premium, aluminum entry panel accommodates large, high-quality speaker wires. Powerful , versatile and quality binding posts provide unmatched stability for dual wiring or dual amplifier. Premium quality complements the AudioQuest Type 4 with Star-Quad Geometry internal wiring with carbon-laden insulation, nitrogen-injected PE and solid long-grain copper conductors.
WOOD COVERING WITH UNIQUE CRAFTSMANSHIP
Klipsch uses carefully produced wood veneers for its Heritage series. The veneer material is precisely sliced from wood, produced to provide a mirror image. This gives each La Scala speaker a more aesthetic, more attractive and more consistent appearance than other wood veneer speakers. LF and HF cabinets are in uninterrupted grain and color harmony from top to bottom.
PERFECT TWINS
Each pair of Heritage series speakers is grain-matched using wood veneer panels from the same wood. Each cabinet is carefully matched so that each speaker in the pair is practically indistinguishable from the other. At the factory, every finished product is inspected and labeled with sequential serial numbers, ensuring your Heritage series speaker leaves the factory as a meticulously crafted set.
PERFECTION AT EACH STAGE
Every single component of La Scala is built to last. Focusing solely on the Heritage line, from Klipsch's home factory in Arkansas to engineers in Indianapolis, Klipsch has always placed an extraordinary emphasis on cabinet design.
