How to Create IVR?
To create IVR, we follow the steps PBX>CallFeatures>Ivr.
We access the IVR by clicking ADD.
From within IVR, you can create announcements, dialing times, etc. in accordance with your structure. We can adjust our settings.
Greet Long: IVR welcome announcement
Greet Short: Announcement to be played when the user does not enter any keys or enters an incorrect key.
Response Timeout: Waiting time for a digit entry after the command prompt.
Invalid Sound: Announcement played when an invalid button is pressed.
